So it would allow me to work out longer, or lift more weights so I can see more definition in my arms????

you have to watch the 'tests' people do to prove things... they are kinda like magic tricks....just FYI

He did it to me though. Made me resist him while he tried to tip me over....and I kept falling...after I drank it, no more falling. Also he made my co-worker try to touch his toes...didn't tell him why...he only went down to his ankels...after the water...he touched his toes...I'm still in shock...

Actually yes....it gives you more enery to do more reps...
