This is for Alex and all the other girls
who booked Giorgios!!!! I went to a wedding there last night that consisted of 285 people. I can only describe this as being priceless!!! The ceremony was taken place outside at 6:30 so it was nice watching the sky set for the evening. The aisle was covered in floating candles which really made the look beautiful. The cocktail hour was INSANE, TONS and TONS of food!!!!! And very DELICIOUS!!!!!!!!
The main reception I was completely taken away. The bride did half of the room in branch centerpieces with big red bouquets attached to the centerpieces with tea lights. The other tables were set with 3 floating candles of different sizes. So beautiful!!!!
We were seated at table number 23, so the the waiter was not one I would ever want at my wedding. He constantly played with his tongue ring, dropped food on another guest and cut his finger wide open. Dinner was served at 11:45pm!! I didn't care for that either. There were a choice of 4 entrees plus vegetarian. The pork chop I had was overcooked and drowned in apricot sauce. However, I tried the filet Mignon and OMGGGGGGGGGGGGGGG delicious!! FH had the Chilean sea bass and said 'it was the best piece of fish he has ever had'.
The ceremony to end was from 6:30pm to 1:30pm. The bride and groom made the cocktail hour 1 and 1/2 hours. SO we were seated at 8:30pm. The vienese hour was covered in endless desserts, from mini pastries, to ice cream, chocolate fondue, chocolate mouse, groom's cake, popcorn, rainbow cookies, other sugar cookies..so much more but I was full.
Everything was OUTSTANDING!!!! Had I known about this place prior to booking, I might have have made the trip out here!! This was the best wedding I ever attended.
My favorite part of all was the DJ....Satisfaction Guaranteed! This is the 2nd wedding I have heard them at and my God, they are INCREDIBLE!!!! I LOVE LOVE LOVE LOVE LOVE them!!! They were so much out of my budget we couldnt afford them, but if I could they would be my vendor!! EXCELLENT!!
So all the Giorgio girls here, you are in GREAT hands!!!
BTW, my cousin took pictures of everything. My camera died. So when I get these pictures this week, I will post them so you can see them all =))))
