its 2 am and im the only one up and had to call 911... my dad is having severe chest pains.. this is all the poor man needs!!!! mom went with him in the ambulance and im off to meet them there if anyone is up and reads this.. please say some for us!!

UPDATE: at 6:34am well its not good news ... thank god i was up talking to my liw'er... my dad had a heart attack lastnight. needed 2 stints and now is in ICU. Just one more thing to add to the stress... please please please keep my dad if your prayers we really need it!

and thanks to the 07'ers who were up praying im slowly starting to think that these girls on this site who send all their prayers and hugs really help!:

How lucky that you were awake and able to help him!

Hope he's okay, and that you're okay too. I know how hard it is to go on and do regular stuff when a parent is in the hospital. Make sure you don't keep it all in - talk to your friends, your familiy members (or even people on LIW if you want) about your feelings, and let them out when you need to.

Oh Megan!! I'm keeping your dad in my prayers and your family too! im glad to hear he is doing better but still it's not easy when your dad / parent etc...is in the hospital. As everyone has said - we are all hear for you not matter what and if you need to talk or just ramble on - we're here!!

wow is all i can say!!!

i dont know how i could ever thank you girls for being so kind and sweet to a perfect stranger. i dont know what id do with out you girls to just cry,vent,scream, yell and laugh with.

i really really believe that all your prayers are with him and really helpped

i spoke with my mom a few min ago shes been with him all morning.. and hes sitting up in a chair and joking around they even told us that he may come home tomorrow (he was supposed to be there till sunday)

i just cant thank you girls enought.. it was so scary and just unbelievable.

thank you keep every one updated... just wasting time since my mom said parking is really bad and hes doing well so theres no rush!

thanks girls... and due to his and my fast moving abilities (laughing on the inside cuz we are 2 of the lazziest people you will ever meet ) he was brought to the ER and had the stints put in with in 48 min. the normal time is over 90 min. due to hesitation so this is great news!!! and thanks again!

Megan Im so sorry you and your family are going through this I know how tough it is because my grandfather went through the exact same procedures.....
The stents will help him out so much
Sounds like everything is doing better so thats really great.... Im sure he will really start feeling better shortly....
