Dads doing good. his blood pressure dropped a little lastnight so they upped his meds and hes doing great. they are keeping him another day for observation but are taking him out of ICU which is GREAT news!!!...

girls i have GREAT NEWS!!!!!!
my daddys coming home today!!! a whole day early. they said hes doing GREAT!! he has to quit smoking he has no choice so they gave him the patch and he said he doesnt have any desire to smoke which is really good. so he just needs to keep dieting and add some exercise.
i cant thank you ladies enough i really beleive that all your prayers helpped get him through this!!

That's great news!! I'm so happy to hear it.
And he will probably quit smoking for good now - after my mom had surgery, she had to quit smoking too. Before the operation, she never thought she could, but afterwards... the thought of doing something that would make her sicker and put her back in the hospital was so awful to her, she hasn't had a single cigarette in a year and a half, since she came home. So good luck to him, but I'm sure he'll do fine!
