ur not the only one. im at home with a sever sinus infection. i feel like complete crap. and on top of it the anitbiotics and meds are making me throw up. so i am a very happy camper!

i feel ya on the bloating!!!
for the congestion and overall feeling like crap-- i suggest taking, in addition to your normal cold meds, some allergy meds. people who have never gotten allergies before in their life are getting them BAD this year-- so try that out and see if it helps or not.
my FSIL thought she had bronchitis and it turned out to be allergies... FH thought he was DYING a few weeks ago and it was a sinus attack-- either way, i hope you feel better real soon!!!!!!!!!!
