Our clergy and make up artist are staying for the whole Weddibg. Are they considered Vendors?

If they have been invited to the wedding to sit at tables with guests, then I wouldn't think the hall would count them as part of vendor meals.
If your make-up artist will be behind the scenes for touch-ups throughout the day, then yes, she would require a vendor meal.

Good question! I'm having clergy stay for the wedding and sitting at the tables, not in some back room. I wonder if that is considered a vendor or not?

i guess I can call and ask. And I wonder what the vendor meals are exactly? I'm sure they dont get to choose like everyone else does, but do they get like a kids meal? My friend said to look at the contract to see if we have to 'feed' them. I mean they are there for like hours. Our photobooth guy will be there from 1230-430 and an hour for set up. he is going to get hungry!
