This is it....Leese's Official Long-Winded Goodbye!

Well ladies, I'm signing off to begin the final preparations to get married this Saturday.

When I first joined this site in November of 2004, I never would have imagined that it would become a diary of my 'engaged' year. I never would have imagined the friendships I would have made or the ideas that I would have received. This 'place' has given me strength and happy memories and some friendships that I hope continue.

Getting married was something I didn't really dream about until six months into my relationship with Frank. Then, my cousin got married, my friends started getting engaged and life has become a walking wedding factory. I knew I wanted my wedding to be special and I am thankful that my wonderful FH has stood beside me as I created this great big production.

I want to thank a few people and first it is my best friend in the world, Trish (sfp0214). She is like a sister to me and I thank god I have her in my life. Trish, your toast is going to be amazing, because it will be from the heart. And all that I care about is that you look at me and tell me how you feel. I know you'll be inspirational!

Next, to my partner-in-crime on this website, Kristen (kissy27). I don't think it's a surprise to anyone that we have become close and I am thankful you have had a very LARGE and RECEPTIVE ear to all my complaints, worries and compromises! You are a special girl and Jay is lucky to have you. My only regret is choosing a wedding date that means I won't be able to post on your goodbye message or see you at the church! Thank you for recommending the Floral Terrace to me and thank you for being a true friend.

PrincessConsuela (PC for short) - you have also proven to be a great friend and I thank you for your support. You rock and I can't wait to see you Sat.

To my 06 girls - where else would I leave a goodbye message but here....my home for the last year. When I return I will not be a 'LI' Bride or Wife, but I will become a 'Joisey' girl. But I have a feeling it won't matter to you girls. Jessica, M&S Sept12006, ChrissynRicky, chikita315, honeybee, all my original 06’ers; Kim51103, cindyandkevin, my two date twins dom n nic, and springbride06....I wish you all the best and I thank you for your inspiration and your friendship!

I am so happy for you leese!!! As my partner-in-crime, I am so glad that I will be able to witness you become husband & wife with Frank! This has been a long time coming & tons of plans went into this 'wonderful' day!

Frank is gaining the most wonderful woman in the world! I am sure he is well aware of it! I can't believe you are going to be a Jersey girl in another 2 days!!! You will always be In a New York State of Mind!!!

Best wishes & enjoy every moment of Saturday! This is the one day you have been planning for & every detail will be noticed!!!

We will have TONS to talk about on April 17th when I return! We have both been on this year long journey together & now we are going to be WIVES!!!!

That was the best 'official goodbye' I've ever read. You're a great person Leese, and Frank is sooooo Blessed to have you in his life.

Just b/c you'll be from 'Joisey' - doesn't mean you forget where you came from. Just stay away from the hairspray and neon colors!
