This is my first post...

My fiance...heee....he proposed last night over dinner!!! is laughing at me for joining a wedding chat site. But I've been watching this site for a couple months and you ladies have had just the neatest ideas.

I can't wait to get started...where should I start?

This site is very addicting AND very helpful.

First I suggest booking the Church and Hall and then all the other stuff.

My first post was this week. My big day was just this past Sat!!!!! Just get the wedding day and try not to stress the other things, as per this site. Check out these great reviews as your journey begins.
But enjoy this weekend with friends/family, whoever!!!

First, sit down with your new FI and talk about what kind of a wedding you want to have. Work out a preliminary budget and settle who will pay for what.

First thing is to figure out how many people you are planning to invite so you can go hall hunting.....and then you need to book a church if you need one....those 2 are the most important....

Welcome to LIW and Congrats!!! First thing I would do is enjoy yourselves! Then I would start looking for a location. That is the most important place to start in my opinion. Do lots of searches on here and ask questions. We are always here to help!

Welcome! First thing you should do is relax! Enjoy it! The way I did it was I got the three most important things settled: The church (if you're doing it that way), the catering hall and my dress. That way the date is set and you have your dress done! Good luck!
