I just saw this in an add for the 'Perfect Plus Sized Bustier' on the adverts column on here...
Am I the only one who doesn't think that model looks 'Plus Size' at all?

yeah- they always pull that crap- put 'plus size clothing on size 0 ppl.
Even LB has size 10-12 models. 10 is considered plus size in the modeling industry

maybe they are just showing the bustiere (?sp) in a regular size in the pic--just so you can see what it looks like and letting you know its available in plus size?
sometimes when i order plus sized stuff online--they show the item on a regular sized person but show that it can be ordered in plus size. which is utterly retarded cause two of their boobs are barely one of mine and it won't look the same on big ole' me

serioualy thats my BIGGEST pet peeve... im not huge... and ive learned to love who i am and who i will always be... and im happy to say im a size 10 and 12 at times.. and a 16 dress...
but frankly.... if 10 is plus... 16 is humongo... and im obease (sp)... i never got that...
yes im 5 foot nothing.. and yes im a 16 dress... but im NOT humongo.. and i feel like a MORON looking in 'big girl areas' when really the other ppl shopping with me are the SAME size as me... and the looks... like god forbid i need a 10 jeans... just bc im NOT a 2 doesnt mean anything!

She is bigger than the average model, That's why she is used for a plus size model. also anything over size 10 is plus size.

I am aware of what plus size technically is. However, in a day and age where eating disorders are on a rise I think saying that a size 10 is plus size is absolutely ludicrous.

isn't it my little thirteen year old cousin is always talking about her weight and it's so sad to see. I never paid attention to my weight till now because I'm older and also because of the wedding. It's really sad to see young girls worrying about their weight, just to show how generations are changing.
