Are we suppose to contact our vendors to finalize everything. Do we have to make an appointment with dj, flowers, photo, video etc. to finalize what we want. I thought for some reason they contact us when it is time and then we make an appointment.

yup i called everyone about a month before and set up all the final appointments
i made the appointments all at once so i could make they were spread out and i wouldnt get overwhelmed
you need two appointments for the hall ( semi final and then the final where you pay and drop everything off)
all the other vendors will probably want to see you in person too
ITS SO SOON!!!!!!!!

If you don't hear from them by a month before , definitely call them. You should finilize details with all vendors!

Thank you! I can't believe I will be hitting my one month mark in a couple weeks. I am going to have to start calling them to make final appointments.

Yeah I def. want to meet with them to finalize everything but I wasn't sure if I should call them or they call me. I will make my calls in a couple weeks. Thanks.

YAY!!! Yeah I am still at La Quinta. My ceremony starts at 3. The reception ends at 12:30 but they we will be having the bar party after. Maybe we can all party together. I can't believe it is almost here. What time will you be getting to the hotel?

Our reception is over at 11 as of now, im still contimplating extending it until 12 . So I will probably see you when I come in. I'll be the one in the wedding dress.
