Do you ever feel that people arent sincere when you show them or tell them about your wedding planning, purchases etc etc? That they tell you things are pretty and gorgeous when they really aren't? I would rather them tell the truth then try to spare my feelings.

I agree especially with my FMIL........

I'm an honest person..... and my best friend is what they call brutally honest!!! you can borrow her if you need a honest opinion!!! hahaha

eh i guess it depends on the situation... like if a friend of mine already purchased a dress that i thought was gross i'm not gonna tell her that... i'll just be supportive and happy!

Yes, its why I don't show anyone anything or tell anyone about anything unless I know they will tell me the truth.

Yes. I feel that way about this site, everyone is always TOO nice about everything that everyone shows lol. I am an honest person and I like to tell people how it is, and would like people telling me the truth as well.

thats how i feel about this site too...like for me if i don't like something i won't comment on it or ill try to give constructive feedback....theres no reason to lie and pretend you love everything!

Hmmm I think sometimes people aren't sincere, but then again I don't really know. I think there really are so many things involved with weddings that ARE truly beautiful. Sometimes there is nothing else to say for the simple fact that it IS gorgeous or beautiful or pretty. There just isn't another adjective in there.

Or maybe I'm just weird. I feel that beauty exists in so much.
