I think its fake (hopefully) His motor skills seem a little too advanced. He looks like he's been smoking for years the way he holds it

Its not fake- I wanna know how the hell he got addicted in the first place...who gave him his first one.. Kid is crazy chubby too., beat the parents

I read that his father gave him the first one when he was 18 months old! And the kid will throw fits if they don't give him a cigarette....so they give it to him
