This is so funny!
A year ago, we were hoping to book The Swan Club for our 3/16/14 wedding. Turns out they were booked solid that weekend, and we weren't willing to choose another date. We mainly loved the Swan Club because of the BM Stephanie, who we really connected with.
Fast forward to July, and we booked at The Metropolitan. We loved meeting with Pam, but found out shortly after signing the contract that she left, and we would be communicating with John, another BM there. We like him a lot.
Today, I'm emailing with John back and forth about setting up our meeting to go over the menu and linens. He emails me back saying January 19th at 4pm is fine, but that we would be meeting with the BM who will be working with our wedding. Guess who it is? Stephanie from The Swan Club!
OMG, it's kismet. This is so very funny.
I can't believe how much there is left to do, and how little time is left. We have to work out all the small details now. And with FH's work schedule being crazy now that it's the holiday season (he works as a manager for a very well known shipping company), We don't have a lot of time together to get this stuff done. I'm trying to get as much done as possible while getting his input as well.
