Ok...so about 3 months before. I was thinking of sending mine out right after xmas. This way they won't get caught up in all the xmas mail. That should be fine...right?

i think that timeframe is great! Whatever works for you....

Some people say 8 weeks, some people say 2 months...i just wanted them out.....

Im sending mine out in beginning of FEB and utting an RSVP date of april 15th i wan more than a month to get my rsvps and seating charts together

u can send them whenever you want...just a word of advce after seeing my other friednds weddings...a good ammount of people will prob send them past your RSVP dtae lol so id make it a little earlier so you have enought time! and you arent makeing phone calls the week you final head count is due!!! lol

That's exactly why i wanted to send them out early & make my RSVP date before Christmas...so i can be calling people (or rather, DAVE can call people) and have plenty of time to take care of that whole thing...

No problemo!!!! We'll be out on the 4th - but that's for a quick dinner with my parents to celebrate my dad's retirement....and then back to jersey...

We will be coming out for our e-pics and to do other last minutey things though! Definitely want to do another dinner with everyone!

ETA: we'll be staying in Jersey i believe...but we come out a lot...normally...we try to come out once a month...
