well if u r ok with haveing a lopsided BP then i say leave her in jst remind her if she doesnt show up she will have wasted $$ on a dress

the best thing to do is talk to her about it. i know i'd be insulted if i was just replaced or kicked out if i thought i could participate. maybe she can be seated already instead of during the processional... and perhaps she can walk out with the guests.

This has totally been on my mind since she told me a litte over a week ago....I highly doubt she'll make it here especially since know that twins almost always come early...plus, she has a 5 hour drive to LI.
