Yuck you sound like my DH. Lilly Flaingans in Wantagh has the Guiness Club. If you drink a certain amoung of pints you get your name on a plaque.

BTW I think I want to come to your place of employment. Do you play all that awesome music that you spoke of in Shana's post?

Yup play a little bit of everything. FM me when you are thinking about showing and i'll let you know if ill be here or not. Ill be here tomorrow night. Next week is TBD since they are having a bar crawl on Sat afternoon.

I gotta see if they want me for the Bar Crawl or not. I will probably make a separate thread about the bar crawl early next week. They only do it twice a year.

Saturday Afternoon Drinking. About 8 or so bars (including mine) participate all in walking distance. Really cheap beer. Its actually a half-arsed fund raiser too. But ill post more later next week. FM me if you want more details over the weekend.

April and I got passes to the new club. I think it's called Savannah Rose. We are probably gonna go for the grand opening on sept. 17. But we are really upset cause we loved Chelsea Street they never should have touched they had a good thing. IT BETTER be the same. And pappa Joe better still bartend.

ETA: We are both wrong I just got the pass and it's called Savannah Club.

I will be working on the 17th...btw, I left that crazy stupid bar in Queens, but now I am working at a private Country club ...but I really need a place to hang, LI sux, Queens sux....I have no energy to go to the city.

The country club scene is quiet & slow...just what I need right now...now yelling, no underage drinking...no drama. There is very little tipping though, but they pay a really generous salary & are very flexible with scheduling, so DH is happy too!
