when we book our vendors are we supposed to call our RH and tell them ?... like i just booked photography, video and dj so do i call jericho terrace and tell them? do they care? do they want to know -do they communicate - i mean they must during that day for everything to go smoothly ..you know??? is it at that final appointment where we go over everything or do i call along the way?

I was told that when you go to your final meetings with RH, they will ask you for the name and contact info so that they can get all the insurance information from the vendor.

My RH would ask us who we were using, but I think it was more out of curiosity. You don't have to let them know who you're booking, as long as they're reputable your RH shouldn't have a problem. They're all pros and many work together all the time, they might chat for a few minutes on the day of to confirm things with each other but nothing major. My day ran smoothly!!
