.....is anyone waiting to have sex with FH till after your married? Even if you've had sex before, I know a lot of people will stop and wait to make it more special on their wedding night. The reason I ask is because our church obviously wants us to abstain, they dont even want us living together. And we seriously feel like sinners now. We're thinking about abstaining now till the wedding....but its OHHH so hard!!!

I know there are a few brides on here that are waiting until their wedding night. We personally had decided not to do that.....for personal reasons.
Our friends who did that got married 2 years ago. They both were each others first. They were 24 and 22 years old. Anyways, the girl said she never regretted anything more than waiting......becuase they are not sexually compatable. They are currentley atteding counselling sessions. I feel bad for her. That was our fear......so that is why we never waited.........BUT, it is a VERY personal decision and those who are waiting have personal reasons why.......but it just wasn't for us We are holding back for a month prior though.....
Very good point Kristy. I actually agree with you on this one. Some people may be compatiable in many other ways..but when it comes down to get down and dirty there is no spark and this can lead to many marital problems. I am not speaking for everyone here..but I can def. see the point of not waiting.

FH and I live together too. My church wasnt even going to marry us at first just because we live together. So we talked to our pastor and he basically said that he will marry us as long as we put forth a genuine effort to abstain. He said he will pray for us to find the strength. So i am really feeling bad every time we do 'it' (well afterwards anyway) and......I dont know......its just so hard!!!

we wil have our first time on our wedding night, and we are moving in together after that.

I know it is a personal decision, but I think not having sex AT ALL before the wedding is CRAZZZZZZZZZZZZZZY( not to offend anybody). Not even b/c it would be virtually impossible for me , but just because I completely agree with Kristy, and often people are just not compatible. And I know marriages that ended up in divorces b/c of that.
