FH and I are officially in boot camp mode. We've been working out the past few weeks, but with e-pics a month away, and wedding in less than 4, it's time to kick some butt. Plus, I want to look smokin' at the honeymoon
Here's our plan:
- Gym 5 days a week (1 hour+ per day including cardio + weightlifting) for the next 6 weeks, after that down to 4 days until the wedding - Zumba once a week for me / basketball once a week for him - 2 liters of water a day - Continuing to eat healthy (this isn't too hard because we normally are good about it).
I really hope we can do it and I'm totally motivated!!! Let's hope I see some real results. So far, I'm 8 pds down - got another 10-15 to go before the wedding!
Anyone else enrolling in this type of fun? WOOO!!!!

Re: This should be fun...
Not going that crazy! I'd wind up hurting myself again and not be able to for another month. LOL. I'm going back to weight watchers this week, still working up the courage and motivation to go back in there..... FH wants to eat healthier too, so I'm forcing him to read the materials. He cooks dinner and sometimes it's like pulling teeth to get him to adhere to the guidelines. He'll tell me something is healthy, but he doesn't really measure things so how does he know? I doubt he will exercise, he won't pay for the gym and he used our treadmill I think for a week. I'm going to go back but I have to start slow. Last time I went back to yoga I broke my toe. Then I couldn't do yoga or any walking or dancing for 6 weeks, then I got a really bad cold and had to go on abx......and now here I am, totally out of shape and scared to go back! LOL.

Adelina, since a bunch of us live close together, we should form a bootcamp group. We can go running around the park. I need some kind of motivation. I have bpics next month and I'm no where near ready. All of this wedding stress is making me eat more and more.

If I lived closer to you Adelina, I would join you... FH doesn't help with the motivation to get thinner.... I'm giving up red meat and white bread (cutting down on bread all together as a whole) this month...if I see results, I'll stick with it.. If not, then I'll have to cut bread out completely. I did it for Lent one year (like not even pasta, tortillas, etc) and it worked - however that is only for 40 days.
