So, we built a fence for Casey and my next door neighbor got annoyed and wouldnt speak to us because the fence borders her property and she would have no place to put her snow . Well, last night at 2am, I was woken by 2 men shoveling outside my window in her driveway (where the fence borders). Coincidence? I think not. Who shovels at 2am???

If she hired someone to plow/shovel, it's quite possible they would show up at 2am. I know our guys show up at all hours. In fact, I think they were at our house around 2am for the last snow fall we got. Last night they came by 12am.

Our plow guy came at 6PM an dback around 3AM. So if she hired the people then yes, they could def be out there at 2AM.
But what is up with her not liking the fence? That's horrible! It's your property too, you can put a fence up if you like!

The way I understand, then, is that without the fence, she would be throwing her snow onto your property? That seems rude. I mean, if you didn't mind it would be one thing but it's your land and you have every right to put up a fence.

That's EXACTLY what I said....so if I did not have a fence up, you'd toss your snow into my yard? I don't think so lady!
