A pretty big bridal shop in over here (Chicago) burned to the ground overnight. On the news this morning they were interviewing brides who were coming to pick up their dresses for their weddings this weekend! All if their dresses were destroyed. I can't even imagine how frustrating and heartbreaking this would be for them! People were actually calling the new station and offering to lend these brides their dresses! So sad!

I know! It crossed my mind, but I left my dress in NY (plus its filthy!). I would totally be freaked out if I was in their shoes! Crazy!!!

It was called Eva's Bridal. No one was hurt (or at least they didn't say so on the news!). It happened overnight.
ETA - found the article online - it did happen during the day, but no one was hurt! i hope its not your cousin's place!
