This vendor is making me so mad!

If you remember a few weeks i posted about a vendor of mine who performed a service at our wedding. We were contracted for an additional service and that service person never showed up so the owner said we will receive our $$ back for that portion. So i was bummed the service wasnt at our wedding but said ok we're getting the $500 back. Well they gave us a check for the $500 and it bounced (this was my post a few weeks ago). Got in contact and they decided to give us the $ back including the bounced check fee. Well they gave us $400 back cash, and $130 in a check...well guess what?! The check for $130 BOUNCED!!!!!!!! Now they said they are giving us the $130 back plus the $30 fee for a total of $160, I am DEMANDING it in cash!

How can someone run a business and not have more than $130 in the bank when writing a check?????

Definitely call the BBB on them! It really shouldn't be this difficult for you, considering they are the ones at fault here. So sorry!

thats crazy!! I would def contact the BBB!
