I'm not the type to have a designer handbag. I'm more of the T-shirt, jeans, and sneakers but I have come to realize that everything I would love to have for my wedding is

I know!! Sometimes I will go hungry not to spend $10 on a sandwich but I want a sushi bar at my wedding for like 2,000 bucks. (it prob won't happen but I wish)

Tell me about it! It seems that every time I say 'I like this...' the price tag tends to be wayyy over what we want to spend. I still cant believe all this money is being spent for one day..

Every week I tell FH that we have to cut down on our grocery list then I start looking at wedding stuff and I'm like oh I like that or that would look great. I think I need a break from shopping for the wedding but it's sooooo addictive

Fh and I have booked all vendors but limo and I don't have favors STD invites or dress and we are already at $35k. It makes me nauseous and feel panicked. I have been seco d guessing so much bc it is only for one day and that money going towards my mortqge sounds like a much better idea to me... But fh wants big wedding ; and in my heart I know I want to be surrounded by this we love and who love us that day but truly I would rather do it in a card board box under a overpass and save the money!

I totally understand, I am the same way with everything for my wedding and it is why I decided to get married off season so that I can have more for my $$ lol

Every time I add things up of what we've already booked plus estimated cost of things I literally want to panic and But I want the big wedding and we're doing everything within our means.. no credit cards or taking out loans and I know all the $$ spent will be worth it.

I totally hear what you're saying. It's super scary to think how much money things can cost.

Best thing to do is probably figure out up front what your costs will look like and constantly reassess your budget to determine if you're staying on plan.
