This Weekend

On Friday, we went to get our marriage license. We were there no more than about 20 minutes. It was great!! When we left, FI said to me, 'I guess I can't back out now'. You have to love him. On Saturday, we went to see our videographer (Bellarino) to bring him our pictures, pick out songs for the video and our 2nd payment. Phil could not believe how close the wedding is now because when we booked him (May 2002), Sept 2004 felt like forever. I also have about 50 menus made already. Only 150 more to go .
Besides the wedding, we worked on our apartment this weekend too. Our electrician (my mom's best friend's husband) came to install our ceiling fans and our light fixtures and I hung up all the curtains. Some of our furniture is coming on Friday, our fridge on Sat and the rest of our furniture next Mon. Everything is coming together.

Wow Lisa, sounds like you had an eventful weekend. I can't believe your wedding is coming as fast as it is. I remember when I started on LIWeddings back in 10/03 and your wedding was SOOO far away now it's almost 50 days away. I'm happy for you! I can only hope mine comes as soon as your is coming.
