This weekend

Hi Girls I'm going to start looking for halls this weekend
and I need some help. Besides asking the basic questions
what other questions do I ask???? I'm so clueless right
now . Does anyone have a list of questions to ask the
halls when you start looking??

Well I would say location is a big factor. Then number of guests. Do you want the hall to have grounds for pics? Cost?

Go to the questionaire section...it has a list for all vendors and what you should ask...

Ask ?'s like this:

Price Per head, with Tax included
What does that price include??? Cocktail hour, how many entree selections, wedding cake, ect..
What is speparate- vale parking, up grade in menu, ect...
If you intend on using their ground for photo's, is there a charge? If yes or no, how soon before the reception are you allowed to arrive?
How many people can fit comfortably in their hall?
How many weddings do they cater to in one day?
If more than one, will you have your OWN bridal suite and bathroom? Will guest be sharing bathrooms?
Will you have a personal bridal attendant and Matra De' ? What will their responsibilities be for the day of the wedding.
How will the hall be decorated?
Can you come back for a tasting before booking?
Can you see the hall set up based on your # of guest; table arrangements, ect.
Stuff like that... Don't let them pressure you into booking the same day. Even though your wedding is this year, they will say you have little time to book. They do this to pressure you into going with them and scarring you into booking asap.... You have time, enjoy looking and compairing Halls.

We have appointments with The Woodbury Country Club,
Crest Hollow and Chateau La Mer. It should be fun!!

How will beer be served? (Huge for me)

All the other questions, of course.

And remember, there are a ton of places you can go, so NEGOTIATE!!!!!!
