This whole bach party has me stressed!!!!!!!!!

I am so stressed beyond belief right now!!!!!!!!!! I am disappointed in myself and my bridal party right now!!!!!!!!! Let this be a lesson to all you girls out there, PLEASE DO WHAT YOU WANT TO DO!!!!!

I'm sorry you're stressing REn!

After being let down by flakey friends, FH and I decided to do what we wanted as well.

At first we were going to do something in the city or AC so more people might come but we decided EFF THAT! FH has never been to Vegas, we always go out in the city and AC and we picked a date and place and then told people. If you can make it, great, if not, that's okay.

It worked out for us, 8 girls total, 5 guys.

Looking back, I would've been PISSSSSED if I made it local and the flakes still flaked out after I did something to please them.

I just really wanted to do a cruise to nowhere and one of my bridesmaids said she couldn't afford it, it prob would have been like $200 and a little change. Seriously that was for food and overnight on the ship!!! Doesn't everyone realize that if we stay over somewhere and go out to dinner and get drinks it won't be any cheaper then $200!!!! Now I am really stuck going to a place I don't want to cause there are no more cruise to nowhere before the wedding. only 3 out of my 6 bridesmaids are coming and one is prego. I was trying to please everyone by doing something everyone could do. I really am so upset and stressed

One of my bms get's comp rooms in a/c so we will prob end up going there.

Well if you go to AC, there's plenty to do there! The club at borgata is so much fun

AC is always fun and i'm sure you'll have a blast. I definitely get your frustration--it seems like you have to try to please everyone as a bride and it's impossible. We were originally going to do AC but I decided against it because I know a lot of my BMs are strapped for cash and I didn't want stress or drama...we're just going to do a night on the town and I fully intend to enjoy it.

In the grand scheme of things, the bachelorette party is just not that important. One of my BMs is not coming to mine b/c she has finals for college. A lot of my friends aren't able to come b/c they have other commitments. It's important to take everyone's situation into consideration and not take things personally. Everyone has different financial situations, and it's not fair to resent people b/c they can't afford certain things. Plus, you don't want your friend to resent you for forcing her to spend money that she just doesn't have.
