I've found that Tom likes to call rather than email when he gets the chance. He tries his hardest to tailor his prices to what you can afford...so in all honesty, i think it's best to try calling him to see what he can do for you!

When I went to see Thomas Paul he asked waht our budget was and worked around it. He's very accomodating. Although, I did not book with him, I really love his work.

Ditto. He's a wonderful guy, out of all of my vendors (most of whom are great), he is the MOST personable and goes out of his way to speak with me and have actual conversations not specifically related to wedding details. He's a class act!
