when I was at my parents house last weekend, I noticed on a piece of old farmland in Elwood (Greenlawn/East Norhtport) that they are building 13 new homes...I forgot the names of the company, but its on Elwood Road...btw Cuba Hill and Clay Pitts

Thanks Erica - we didn't even mention this to our RE agent - no way we can afford a brand new house though!

That's a GREAT area, but YIKES!
I'm sure the houses are WELL worth the asking price, but it's out of the question for anyone I know who's looking.

I could believe it for that area.
I grew up in E. Northport, and would NEVER be able to afford to buy a house there
