if you dont mind saying what do you pay a session or how many did you get for example like 9 or 500.00 or something like that
I have two gym memberships and want to start w/ one again but are going to compare the two for the best rate

The personal trainers in the gym that I go to (in S.I.) usually have a special...it's $99 for 3 sessions.

Mine is around $45-50 (I'm not sure if he raised the price for his new clients) for one hour, $25 for 30 min.
I do 2 hour sessions, and one half hour session a week, so it's a little over $100 a week.

I'm not sure. It may be for 45 minutes because that is how long most of their classes are.

well tomorrow nite I start my first half hr session Ill let you know how it goes I didnt do like a 'package' deal so I can do one or two or twenty but its w/ the owner of the company so I am paying $35.00 a half hr but some sessions, like the fitness one where you breathe into some mask and they design a cardio work out for you might be almost an hr he said but I will still get that
in the long run this will be cheaper for me b/c I can stop anytime and maybe if ten I will stop and if I need to continue Ill do another ten Ill keep you updated

so I had my first one last nite..... It went really good I recommend them, my arms were all shaky and my abs so I know I worked the first thing we did was Push ups felt like the army lol but it was a good work out

MO- my whole buddy hurt today LOL I guess I worked things that have not been worked in a while!!! You think! LOL
I am not going till next saturday b/c this sat I cant go and he is going away next week but after next sat I will do mon and wed nite and an occassional sat morning on a regular basis
yep, last nite I got my Moneys worth my back hurts when I breathe!!LOL but I know its good pain
