When do you typically start the process for these? when do you normally receive them?

I think she said you start about a month or so before since things can change.

she has me 'scheduled' to do programs, menus, and placecards....but i dont have to send in the stuff till 2-3 weeks before

did you already do the designs and stuff and then she just prints them up when you have the final wording?

i havent done nething....she just said to submit all the forms with ideas 2-3 weeks before bc then everything will be finalized (headcount, etc)
