What do you use?

I generally opt for BLEACH and only bleach...But after a slight mishap, let's just say that this Peanut is staying away from the bleach for a while...

WHAT ELSE can I use???

I have seen it wreak havoc on peoples digestive track by only taking a dip in the pool. BTW-after swimming in a pool you might consider taking some digestive enzymes to get things back on track.

Pool water is full of bleach (chlorine).
By swimming in the pool you are introducing chlorine into your body. The chlorine will destroy all the good bacteria in your digestive track. So, after swimming it's a good idea to take digestive enzymes (good bacteria). This will help to get your intestinal flora back where it belongs. Have you ever seen someone go swimming and get constipated, really tired or moody afterward? Guess why? It's the chlorine. You can also eat raw fruits and veggys. This is a better way to get you gut back on track!

Not to be defiant--but actually a few weeks ago after a quick late night swim at my family's house I specifically remember saying how I hadn't felt so good and energized in a while...I thought it had been from the pool...???
