Did you book with your new name your your maiden name?

maiden name. It didn't even occur to me. I don't think it matters as long as your passport matches?

as long as your passport or drivers license (if domestic flight) has your maiden name, you're fine.

maiden name, i remember past brides saying that the name change and until you receive your official marriage license after the wedding takes about a month or so, and might cause complications

yep, exactly. you have to do it with your maiden name b/c you definitely won't be able to change your name on official documents until after (unless the HM isn't right after the wedding )

Maiden name... you'd be totally screwed when you show your passport or drivers license with your maiden name on it if you booked in your married name.

i agree. recently 2 people at work had problems. the name on your tickets MUST be the same name on your passport.

maiden b/c my passport and license is all in my maiden name. We are leaving the day after so we dont have time to change anything.

all of my travel was done with my maiden name b/c it can take weeks for the name change to be legal even though you can legally start to use the name whenever you want.

maiden name If you have to travel you will need to also have your passports with your married name.

Maiden name. That is what is on your passport/Driver's License. All of the name changes take place when you get home.

You will need to book flights using your maiden name. It takes a few weeks to receie your marriage license which you will need to change your name w/ DMV (license, regi, vehicle title)

I have a question - We aren't going on our honeymoon until December (3 months). My passport is in my maiden name as of right now, but after the wedding I was planning on changing all of my information. Will I have a problem if my license has my married name and the tickets & passport still carry my maiden name?
