I have padding in my dining rm
Do you think I have to buy rug padding for a 5x 7 that will be under a table? Im debating if I should spend an extra 49 on that

I'm not sure if you need it, but I was at the Homegoods in Commack (the one right off the LIE) yesterday and they had a bunch of rug pad that must be cheaper. They were in the back by the towels and small rugs.

I didn't buy one...I have mine in my dining room under the table so I doubt it will be moving around much and someone told me with Pergo flooring you don't have to worry about scratching or stuff like that. So I didn't buy one. But I have seen them in the Home Store and Walmart and stores like that cheaper.

I don't have any pads under my rugs...there is furniture on top of each of them so they don't move around. I spent way too much $$$ on the rugs...I wasn't going to let them soak me for the pads too!!! LOL...
