Definitely do the day cruise to Soufriere, the drive through volcano, and the Botanical Gardens! It is amazing :) We had fun on the evening booze cruise, too.
oh yes the evening dinner cruise was so awesome! we met lots of honeymooners. we took a complete tour of the island on our way to the volcano. our tour guide stopped at random places. there are also some great hikes you can take on the mountains and as the previous poster mentioned, the botanical gardens. we also had dinner at The Coal Pot which we loved. you'll have a great time!
