Re: those who have been to the islands
If you go to st thomas you can also go to st john's. I don't know about the others, only that st martin is far from st thomas, it took us 2 days by cruise ship to get from one to the other i think.

Re: those who have been to the islands
When I was in St. Barts, we took a boat over to St. Martin for the day, it was only about an hour trip. I know those two places are acessible (sp) to each other if you are interested. Both islands are worth visiting!!!

Liat, BWIA and WinAir are airlines that run service between islands. At one time, LIAT had a special island hopper fare-one fare for unlimited island hops within a certain time frame.
We HM'd on St. Martin and Anguilla. The St. Martin airport is a busy one-I remember seeing flights to many other islands. Also, St. Thomas and Puerto Rico are big airports that are hubs for other islands. You may want to start on one of these islands and see where you can go from there.
From St. Martin, it was a 20 minute ferry to Anguilla. Some people we met were also visiting St. Barts and Saba-both quick flights from STM.
The British Virgins and US Virgins are close to each other-you can fly or ferry.
My BIL/SIL HM'd on St. Lucia, then went on to Grenada and St. Vincent/Grenedines.
I was worried that DH would get bored after a week on an island-but he didn't. You'd be surprised how easy it is to slip into 'island time'.

Not sure about your question, but HIGHLY recommend hitting St. John, that by far is the MOST BEAUTIFUL island I have seen

FYI St. Croix is not that great! I was there in the mid 90's and the place we stayed had a fence around it with spikes on the top to keep people out and army dudes walking around with machine guns. Not the place to give you the nice welcoming feeling.

Yes. The ferry ride is about 20 min or so and St. John is incredible!!! And MUCH nicer than St. Thomas too!
