My mother and I made my sister's bridal shower invitations and they are similar to nsgraham's invitations (a velum overlay, flowered card underneath). We got an unbelieveable price at Staples in Freeport. For a kit of 50 invitations (which included response cards and all the other stuff) it was about $10. We were in shock to find such a great deal! Especially since they were selling other boxes of only 10 invitations at Staples for $10. We are thinking it might have been a mistake but it was definitely a good mistake. However, you will need a laser printer for the velum paper, because inkjets will not print on it without ruining it.
