How is everything now--are they telling everyone to stay in, or are they letting people on the streets?

Transportation outside of zone 1 (which is the center of the city) is pretty much up and running. No tubes, but overground trains are running and some buses. They sent around and email at work about an hour ago telling us we were free to go home. I'm going to leave in a few minutes and I'm going to walk...I dont' live that far from work and there's something theraputic about it anyway.

Stay safe everyone! and go home and kiss your SO!!!
