Thought I would inform the 08 brides of an opening at the Swan Club....

Hi Ladies....

So my fiance and I were all booked up for our wedding at the Swan Club for October 12th, 2008 (the Sunday of Columbus Day weekend) and we were well on our way to planning our LI wedding, but out of the blue we both decided to do a complete 180 and hold a beach wedding in South Carolina this August. We felt that the pricing in LI was outrageous, and now we are going to have a fantastic beach wedding at a fraction of the price of what we were going to have in LI.....I know, just a little crazy right, but everything is working out great and I must say I think we are actually going to pull it off!!!

So anyways, I just wanted to inform you ladies that if you are (or were) interested in holding your reception and/or ceremony at the Swan Club the Sunday of Columbus Day weekend, it is now officially open!! I know that that is a sought after holiday weekend, so I thought I would notify you all.

Good luck coordinating all of your weddings!! Let the cat-fight begin!! If you book your reception on that day and time, please let me know!!!

congrats shannon - im getting married there the 10th! saw your parents at a showcase in march but didnt get to say hi - so congrats again and GL with the planning!!
