thought on Bridezilla

I just finished watching the new Bridezilla and for some reason it made me very sad - usually i get mad but this country lady keeps smacking her husband! and he is so cute!

could you imagine if a husband smacked a wife like that in public! he would be arrested! but she does it every two seconds!

i mean i have done that too when FH said something silly i would give him a wack - but one day he turned to me and said 'you may not realize this but you just smacked me in front of my friends' and i couldnt believe it! i thought of it as a stupid thing but now i try not to do it!

but anyway - the point is do you think that these brides look at the show and maybe change their ways or feel sorry for how they acted? or is there no hope for them??

Truly that girl got me mad. It is very disrespectful. I playfully 'tap' FH occasionally... I wonder if I did it in front of his friends.....uh-oh!

Did you see the FH flirting with that girl in the Cowboy type store? THAT would have TICKED ME OFF. And the girl in the store was TOTALLY flirting back right in front of her!!!

Her makeup ticked me off, too. The two of them aggravated me.

i watch that show, solely for amusement. you do not learn how to be a better bride, you can learn how to be a total b*tch and start your marriage off with 2 strikes against you. (i.e.--committment issues, communication problems, debt accumulated paying for wedding like the 2 brides who i've seen refinance their homes)

it's funny to see some of the updates on them on the WE website. they have a bridezillas chat board, and some of the past brides show up on there!

I've come to the conclusion that a lot of it's staged...I mean, the show is called Bridezilla, you think that they would tape and air happy brides?

I know...my DH turned it on the 'marathon weekend' and was like, is this for real? It was the girl freaking out b/c her mom didn't want to pay for a cleaning girl...he looked at me like, 'if you dare...'

i playful hit my FI alot, but he's twice the size of me so its nothing to him. but his old roomate used to love it when i hit him- thought it was hystercial.

those women aggravate me, i put it on but find myself focusing on something else while the show is on cause it's just so horrible some of the things they do. that oheka bride was the worst! she was just miserable, what bride tells their guests what table they are sitting at as their coming in? your paying oheka a hell of alot to do that for you??
