Need some thoughts!! :) I wanted to use our engagement pictures to send out announcements, but I think it will be too much to send out holiday cards AND announcements. I was thinking of ordering holiday cards and putting a few pictures from our engagement pics on it and then inside say something about being especially blessed this year or something. Thoughts? (HONESTLY!) :)

I like that idea. You don't want to spend all the $$ on cards/stamps then STDs/stamps.
Plus people/relatives can display those longer than just Christmas cards

I don't think it's tacky at all. I see plenty of people use photocards that are a pic they took themselves so I see no problem with using professional ones

Good idea! I would mention something in the card about your engagement and how the holiday season will be special because of it

i think its a great idea to do xmas card/engagement announcement together! totally go for it! try vistaprint.com or even shutterfly!

I think you should skip the holiday card this year and only do a save the date... you only get one chance to send that out.
If you want you can send just holiday cards that are generic in addition.
