Most of the victims were little 5 year olds. So innocent and their lives were just taken away =(

Thoughts and prayers for Newton, CT.

I've been sitting on my couch stunned since I heard the news this afternoon on my way home from work. I am a teacher in Brooklyn and I just couldn't possibly imagine what those children, teachers and parents have been thinking and feeling today. My heart is breaking for that community.

My heart and prayers are with all affected by this horrific event. The children were innocent and did nothing to deserve this. :(

Thoughts and prayers for Newton, CT.

As a parent of a little one I cant even begin to imagine how those parents are feeling. They were doing the same thing my FH and I are doing...buying gifts, taking the baby to see santa, decorating the tree, baking cookies...and now they have to plan a funeral for their child. I dont even know how you begin to recover from that. Im completely heartbroken.
