THREAD Bridesmaid dresses?

THREAD Bridesmaid dresses?

I just visited this store and they have AWESOME stuff but very pricey (the cheapest dress was $270).

Has anyone done business with this store? Good/bad? I question whether they can get my dresses in on time - they will 'garauntee' my delivery date of 7/10 but will not put it in writing. My wedding is 7/23!!!!! I am a terrible bride.... : (

This would make me a little nervous, no?

I have never heard of THREAD before...where is it?

i think you waited a little late before ordering...

i might try to find dresses off the rack in like Saks... they have beautiful dresses
i was going to do this at first because they fit better and wouldn't need much altering
getting them 2 weeks before does not give you much time for alterations

They do have beautiful dresses though.

Re: THREAD Bridesmaid dresses?

I looked into Thread dresses. They are beautiful. My BMs and I found the women in the store a bit rude.

My sister's friend used Thread for her BM dresses. Apparently they had some issues with the sizes and the people (@Thread) weren't very nice about it. My sister told me this recently (after we had already decided not to use them).

We got our dresses with Jenny Yoo in NYC. The dresses are beautiful and the staff is wonderful. The designer herself worked with us for our appointment. I don't know how fast they can do the dresses though. (We chose the Samantha dress, tea length)

Good luck with your dress hunt.

FM me if you have any questions.

I recall hearing some pretty negative things about their customer service - especially if you have a short lead time, you might not want to risk going with them.
