Three months to go, and no turning back now...

I sent out my invites today! Here's pictures of the huge box that I brought to the post office today to be hand canceled... 217 invitations!

They were very heavy! I wanted to use the pretty stamps and that covered them... If I took away any of those it wouldn't have been enough. Postage killed me... you can look at my invites in my album, they are pocketfolds with a big heart rhinestone broach in the middle.

my wedding is 8/9 and I'm not sending it out til june...

Well my RSVP date is in June, and I know my guests will probably take their time to send them back so I wanted to get a head start. I also didn't want to have to add more postage to my invites with the price of stamps going up on Monday, and I didn't want to have to use ugly stamps either... since it takes them a while to come out with pretty stamps. If people think it's too early I really don't care. This is when i'm doing it.
