threw out bridal mags

I have come to the conclusion that if I read one more bridal magazine and saw one more dress, bo-k, or invite pic that I am going to drive myself CRAZY! I have decided to become a more chilled out bride to be. ok..just needed to vent..and breathe!!!

I own way too many magazines!!!

FH said I need to throw 5 of the over 50 magazines away but I cant part with any ---what if I need them?!

I love bridal mags -- but I'm a mags girl anyway LOL.

I just got the new one with Bridal Wars on the cover!!!

But u know I do pass them on to the other ladies in my life so it's no biggie -- but there are a few good ones i'm never parting with! LOL.

I bought 2 mags, and found them to be a colossal waste of money. Everything was either out of my budget, or just nothing I liked!

Me and my friend would totally cheap out in the beginning though and park ourselves in the Borders cafe and get like a 2 dollar tea and just read every mag on the shelf for free

im a big magazine freak and have spent so much money just on magazines in general! so when i got engaged i went magazine crazy with all the bridal magazines and would go spend so much money on them! i have calmed down a bit with that now that my biggest planning part is done with (the venues)! i really dont buy them now, unless i happen to be at cvs or something and i see one that catches my eye or i have nothing else to do! but now if you ask me how many magazines do i have in my room in a box?? i couldnt even count them and tell ya cause their sooo many! not to even mention my owesome sister in law (MOH) got me a bridal magazine subscription from 3 different bridal magazine companys as part of my engagement gift! :)

PS: i think maybe i should start looking thru that box and throwing some out now that i really dont need them! =P hehe!

I abosolutly agree. I was in CVS today and I was drawn to the mag rack and I picked up like 5 magazines and thought I am getting married in almost 4 month , I dont need to start second guessing my already made decisons..

... then i bought 1..what can i say i am addicted.!!

Good idea...people keep giving them to me.. im like i have 2 months to go, what would i possibly need these for??? Mine are all in the trash too...

My bf got engaged 5 months ago and i got engaged 2 weeks ago and she gave them to me. Who knew i'd be planning a wedding too lol

i currently get BRIDES magazine... but i dont save them, i just look at them and then throw them out. its WAY too big lol and i have no where to store them.

I am lucky.. i'm a teacher and the school subscribes to BRIDES and the librarian said I can have whatever I want!! I have tons of them.. but I haven't picked up any this school year, partly because that librarian retired and partly because I can't handle anymore either! And they mostly have the same stuff every month over the year so I have most of the material I need I'm sure

edit: but I will absolutely donate to anyone who wants them after april!!!

I can't stand clutter, so what I'm doing is just ripping out inspirational pictures or ideas from these magazines and putting them into a notebook. I know it sounds time consuming, but believe me, it's worth it in the end. Everything is right at your fingertips!
