I love music-and some of it I know people will complain about if I play it at my reception. But I LOOOOVE 80s music and I definately want a block of it played at my reception.
Im thinking of playing it during cocktail hour. I know most people have a singer or they play Sinatra etc etc. but this is what I really want. Plus it gives more time to add in the songs FH and I really want for the dancing part. (i also have to play about an hours worth of music from my country)
Is anyone setting aside a certain type of music to play during their cocktail hour because they cant really fit it into the reception time?

FH is a HUGE 90's freestyle fan and I am definitely going to be playing some freestyle during the reception.

I love all kinds of music. We'll have a block of 80's music, some 90's freestyle, some oldies (like 50's) for my grandparents, etc. Play what you want, you'd be surprised what people will get up and dance to.
