Throwing a Baby Shower for My Sister - Need Opinions!

Hey Girls! My sister is due on November 3rd and my Mom and I are throwing her a shower on September 26th at the Carltun in Eisenhower Park. Couple quick questions, since I value your opinions so much!!
So I found this dress at Macy's that I love!!! Do you like it? Do you think it is Shower appropriate? Do you think it is OK for early fall? Let me know your thoughts!! Here is the link:

Also we picked out and purchased favors for the shower. We got this pink frame for the lil girl my sis is having!! They are adorable and we love them! But they don't come boxed or wrapped. Do you think we should wrap them? Or do you think we can set each frame out in front of each plate with a bow or something?? Thoughts??

Also, any ideas on Centerpieces for a Baby Shower? I was thinking of going to michaels and doing candle centerpieces, cuz that will likely be less expensive than flowers or balloons...thoughts? Style ideas! Any help or suggestions you can provide would be FAB! Thanks! MWAH!

to wrap the frames, why not throw them in organza bags! its so easy, just drop them in and pull the strings!! and looks super cute! they come in all different sizes and colors!

and a cute certerpiece idea...why not do mini diapers cakes!! with some flowers coming out the top!
