I have been told that bright colored rose petals can stain a wedding dress. For this reason, I am a bit worried about using real rose petals for the petal toss. Has anyone had any experience with this? I'd be using bright shades (hot pink, red, etc...) Am I better off sticking to silk petals?

A florist told me the same thing.. also the table linens and the floor if they get smushed in.. If I do petals I will probably use silk. Good Luck :)
