Good Morning Ladies!!!

Todays question is:

What songs do you have picked out for your wedding so far?

Entrance Song: Im liking Pitbull and Neyo's Give Me Everything

First Dance: Not sure yet, FSIL suggested Cross my Heart by George Straight. But we want to keep looking

Father Daughter Dance: I loved her first by Heartland

Mother Son Dance: His mom is picking something out

Cake Cutting Song: No Clue yet

I cant wait to see everyone's answers!!!!!

We are huge bon jovi fans so we plan on having a bunch of his songs.

First dance: All About Lovin You - Bon Jovi

We don't have any other songs picked out - I am letting my dad pick out our song and his mom pick their song.

I have not put much thought into this yet besides what my dad and I are dancing to

First dance - asked FH to pick it (his one job)

Father daughter - Little Miss Magic - Jimmy Buffett

Working on the rest...

I had a feeling alot of people might not have this yet but i figured maybe the people that did might have good songs or ideas or we could get some from others. thats how i heard of the song im dancing to my dad from a thread on here

I am thinking the entrance song might be 'Tonight's going to be a good night' -

Our first dance song we are still figuring this out... I have so many that I want LOL

Father/Daughter song: I like 'Wind Beneath my wings', my dad wants 'Daddys little girl'. We might compromise and do half and half.

My parents want us to do dances with each other's parents, but I think that's too much. (me dancing with his dad, and my FH dancing with my mom). We will talk more about this later on in the process.

FH hasnt'decided on dances with his mother and grandma yet.

Our Entrance - Some Kid Rock Song (FH wanted to use Low Life but I told him there is no way I am coming out to I am a Low Life!)

We thought we had our first dance song picked (just breathe-pearl jam) but we had some people listen to it & they all thought it was about someone dying...so we scratched that...

I think for father/daughter dance it'll be a Sinatra song- just not sure which one yet...

Walking In- Not sure

Solo during ceremony while lighting the unity candle and giving roses- 'Keeper of the Stars'

First Dance- 'Are you going to kiss me or not'

Father/Daughter Dance- 'I loved her first'

Mother/Son dance- we are thinking 'You raised me up'

I know our first dance will be Sweet Thing bu Van Morrison (this has always been my favorite song and I wanted it to be my wedding song since I was a little girl!)

FH was learning some songs for a wedding last weekend and the bride and groom were big country fans and some of the songs were so cute! There was one song by Brad Paisley called Then, and I it totally made me cry! I also really like God Bless the Broken Road by Rascal Flatts. I will probably request those.

I like seeing what other people pick for their songs!


Sweet Thing

For the ceremony, I thought we would use the church organist, but FH told me that he wants to have a 'guitar quartet.'

Same here! My dad has been playing Buffett for me since as long as I can remember. He doesn't know I picked the song..it's gonna be a surprise!

this is on our list too!

we dont have anything set in stone yet, i have a page with all our ideas in it. there is like 5 songs for each topic right now

Walking down the aisle I want maybe a song from an anime or video game to really bring out my personality. I'm debating Space Lion from Cowboy Bebop because there is an awesome saxophone instrumental.

Entrance: I originally thought Tonight Is Going to be a Good Night. But now I am set on Chris Brown's Forever which will be a performance piece hopefully.

First Dance: Come What May from Moulin Rouge

Father/Daughter: 'Dad' has to pick that one.

Cake Cutting: No idea.
