Re: question for the italian girls...
FH and fam are SUPER Italian. We're not having children and if this were true FMIL would def have said something EVERYTHING is bad luck to the Italians.
So no, I've never heard of that before.
Your marriage will not be doomed because you decided not to have children at your party

Nope. I know having children is a sign of fertility and stuff but it's not bad luck to not have them.

Re: question for the italian girls...
Definitely not true. Italians do tend to invite everyone to their wedding, including kids of all ages - but it's not bad luck if you don't, it's just strange to them.

Never heard of it. My dad's entire family is italian and we're only having three children there...my two RB's and the FG.
And like Ang said.......we're not in Italy, lol.

Re: thx!
i am Italian, both sides of my family, FH is not Italian but FMILs sisters & FFILs sister both married into Italian families, & we are only having my brothers 3 kids at the wedding.
just to add additional point my sisters boyfriends family is very Italian & when his brother just got married they did not invite any children to the wedding.
