So I bought my most beautiful tiara last week. They wrapped it in tissue and I took it out yesterday to try it on - and after close inspection, found that it is missing a few pearls and even a couple of tiny crystals! NOBODY would ever notice it except me - but it was expensive. How should I deal with this with the place I bought it? I feel like it's my fault that I should have checked it closer - do you think I should just ask them for an exchange? I am worried that they are going to think that I did something to it - when I only touched it ONCE! Any opinions would be helpful - thanks guys

Re: tiara troubles
you should definitely bring it back. even if they don't exchange it they should replace the missing pearls and crystals.

I would also bring it back, insist on a replacement... did you buy it with a credit card? if so then you prob have buyer proctection,,, get in touch with th cc comapny.. then see if you can have the pearls replaced...good luck!
If it is a reputable store you should have no problems bringing it back...
I took my veil out of the store and notcied that the ends weren't finished...I brought it back and there was no problem...

I agree. Bring it back. I am sure they will help you and replace what is missing.

I think you should bring it back and exchange it or have them replace what is missing. It's not like you've worn it for your wedding already and you want to bring it back. They shouldn't give you a problem about it.
